The Engage platform is innovative and well thought out, providing a great experience for users. Publishing articles is a seamless experience and I love the fact that users can interact using emojis and comments. Previously we were having to use vouchers for recognition which takes time ordering and can also be costly in fees. We also had a system in place where regional managers would message us with people they wanted to recognise throughout the month which was admin heavy and time consuming. By having the function to add rewards to recognition, and nominate users who are able to directly hand out these rewards, it's greatly improved both the experience for users and us as a team and these elements don't consume quite as much time.
